Scope of Services:

1 - Consulting - Second Opinion - Medico legal Reporting - Work Injuries

2 - Operating on all types of hernia, primary and recurrent with a focus on Laparoscopic and MIS;      abdominal wall
     reconstruction using mesh, component separation and hybrid procedures coupled with abdominoplasty      if required.

3 - Non surgical management of groin pain, injury, early and sportsman hernia

4 - Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

5 - Research and Innovation - Research is being undertaken to improve the overall outcome of Hernia      management which includes:

A - Watchful Waiting (WW) program

     European and Northern trials have shown high level evidence (1B) that WW is safe when compared           with immediate repair. About 20% of asymptomatic and oligosymptomatic patients may not need      surgery in their life time.

B - Application and evaluation of a ultra-long acting total abdominal wall chemical relaxation for
     post-operative pain management which also is used for protection of repair line from lateral traction which is a major factor in surgical failure and recurrence. This program is current National & Global leader in this high specialised fi

C - Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of new and emerging super design mesh.

D - Evaluation of PRP (Platelets Rich Plasma) in the nonsurgical management of groin pain and Bulgalsia
